Bezoar Ibex is hunted at high altitudes. The weight of the animal ranges from 60 kgs to 90 kgs. Meanwhile, around 20 to 30 kgs weight loss is noticed in the mating season. The length of trophies varies from 96 centimetres to 130 centimetres. Duration of this hunt is usually 6 days. The average shooting ranges are between 250 to 450 metres. Each hunter is given a one to one guidance on hunting. Bezoar Ibex can be hunt in various parts of Turkey. The optimum hunting season is from October 15^th to March 30^th.
